When I measure the speed on my Ps4, it fluctuates very strongly! Strangely, the upload is almost always bigger than the download (40 MBits download and 70 MBits upload) If I then set up everything new, the connection is against ideal (100 MBits download and 70 upload!) But when I measure afterwards, the upload is bigger again! What could that be? What can I do?
