Battlefield 4 vehicles drive and fly?

How can I fly or drive vehicles in bf4 (on ps4) in multiplayer planes? I only see manachmal which spawn but then only ground vehicles… How can I select the respawn eg a jet?

I think you have to be first, there at the spawn point to get you the jet. And it seems a new when the old is down, right? And since when is there BF4 on the Ps4? And do you need PS Plus for bf4?
