Tera on computer and PS4?

I have the game Tera on Ps4. A friend of mine has the game for the computer. Our "problem" is that I have no computer and he does not have Ps4. I noticed that the players on the computer have different servers than those on the console. Is there a way to play Tera despite different devices together?
