Tera on PS4 will be closed?

I'm actively playing Tera on my PS4. Now it has been said that Tera will be closed on the PS4. Is that really true? I know that Tera is also available on the PC, but my PC is so weak that it hardly works with me. I also have little money and can't afford a new PC.

Will Tera be taken down by the PS4 or not, I can't quite see through it.

Do you have a source or something?

Because I haven't found anything about it on the internet.
