Final Fantasy 14 full version?

I got Final Fantasy a few years ago and just started playing a few days ago.

I have Final Fantasy 14 Starter Edition and Stormblood.

With the action "Invite into a group", however, I'm shown, for example, that it is only possible in the full version.

With the Starter Edition I was able to enter the code in the ps4 store without any problems, but with Stormblood I get a message that the code is invalid.

Do I still need Heavensward for that?
