I can't sign into PSN on my ps4

First I enter my email and password from the account with which I registered on the mobile phone. Then I come to a loading screen and a minute later I get the message that an error has occurred and I'm sent back to the password.

If so, then wait a day. PSN has problems again

I've already verified my email and I've had the problem for a year and it was the same every time. I only asked now, I have a second account on which it worked.
