Can't sign in to Twitch with PS4?

As described above, I have problems with my Twitch account with my PS4 sign up.
If I go on log then it says that I should go to twitch / activate and enter the code but there's no code but only stars (see Figure 1)
After that comes immediately an error message with the code 0495BA16 (see picture 2)
What can I do? I had no problems signing in to the PS4 with my old Twitch Account. Is it perhaps because I have deleted my old account and have created a new PS4 that tries to log in with my old account? Have the Twitch App already uninstalled and reloaded but nothing.

YES because it could be install the twitch app just new and try it again vlt something is still deposited.
