No device (PS4, mobile phone, computer) can connect to the PSN?

Since today I can no longer log in to PSN with my PS4. In the PS4 connectivity test, it is connected to the Internet and also has the same down / upload speeds as before, only the connection to the PSN fails. I can't log in via the mobile phone with the PSN app. But when I go out of the home network and try it over the mobile phone network, I come in, so I think the error with my home network.

All error codes and related instructions from PSN support are of no help.

In forums is that you have to release the ports of the PSN in his router. And as I understand it is only possible with IPv4 and I have IPv6 (whatever that is). A guide or remedy I have not found I hope someone can help me here.

Did you activate UPnP? The FritzBox is a hook.

That solves all problems.

Ke

I have a UnintymediaBox and this is the UPnP enabled.

Jo

Which model do you have? And is your PS4 connected to LAN cable?

Ke

DOCSIS 3.0 can that be the model? PS4 runs by default via WLAN, but I've already tried with cable today.

Firmware update made?

Ke

I searched on the internet how to do that but did not find anything. It was there that happened automatically. Can that be true?

Jo

Mhhh… Depending on what is activated.

I'm not familiar with the Unitymediabox. But you can call your provider's hotline (technical services) and they can set that up with you over the phone - sort of getting you through.

Back then I had done with my stupid Easybox - before I had my Fritzbox (just enter all provider data, UpnP enabled and everything is without problems).

Ke

Then I'll call there tomorrow.

It just worked today so I'm not sure why it was.
