I returned from our 1 week vacation yesterday. As a precaution, we have of course removed all plugs, including the plug of our Easy-Box. I also play Fortnite every day at Playsi. And I also have a LAN cable (called Devolo) in my room for better internet. I can connect with our Easy-Box. However, if I want to connect to Devolo with a cell phone or PS4, it says "IP address can't be retrieved". So our normal internet works, but what my Lan cable is not connected to.
I've tried everything. Restarted the router. PS4 restarted. And also pulled the plug from my Knternet and Lan cables. All of these simple attempts failed. Does jmd have an idea how to get it back?
Thank you so much to everyone who tries to help me!
This "devolo" you are talking about is a dlan device that is plugged into the socket on your router and plugged into the socket on your console and connected to the router → dlanger device → home network → dlanger device → console via LAN cable or is it a Wi-Fi amplifier?
WLAN amplifier
I think. The 1 part is in the socket in the living room and is connected to the router. The second part is in my room in my socket and leads to my PS4
Did you connect your console to the amplifier with LAN?
Then is it a dlan that runs over the house, is the device flashing with pulsating white light?
Yes
Do you mean a repeater?
