MAC address or authentication issues on the Xbox One.
For about a month I have a problem with the internet on my Xbox.
Whenever I get my internet test comes an error message in the states: 'You need extra
Enter authentication information to connect to this network.
If you have an alternate MAC address, select Enter alternative MAC address,
SELECTION POSSIBILITIES:
, now authenticate,
or
, Enter alternative MAC address,
I urgently need help with my problem, if I get to the first press on a browser does not stop anymore and then backs up and when I hit the second press just a field where I should enter an alternative MAC address though I do not even know I know where it is or if I have one.

On your console, go to Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC Address> Delete = Console Reboot Necessary.
Then your console should go online again… Keep me informed!
