My PS4 controller got wet I accidentally kept it under water afterwards connected it several times and nothing worked now it vibrates and when I put it on the floor it moves by itself I hear it as loud as my rushing after it helps me please lol
I would do that:
Unscrew the controller, blow it out with compressed air and let it "dry" upside down for 24 hours.
If you are lucky, it will work again afterwards, if you are unlucky, what water has caused a short circuit somewhere, because you plugged it in and thus brought electricity to the system.
Thanks what is compressed air? Can I also put it in a box with rice?
So, when I checked my laptop one evening, I wiped it with soapy water, then unscrewed it so that all the components got air and then left it on the heater for a long time.
Electronics that got wet, usually go. Only broken if you operate it when it is wet. Better let everything dry first.
You can also dry everything on the circuit boards with a little compressed air spray - available in hardware stores.
Compressed air is simply air compressed into a can.
That might work with the rice, but it will be difficult to remove all the grains.
Did you wet your controller and then plug it in? Sorry but do you notice what? Your controller surely had a short circuit. I think there's nothing left to save
