At my pc come from 200k to 170-190k. How much K should arrive with the PS4 with Lan?
Had with my PS4 only on good days about 70 Mbit / s achieved so about 8.9 MB / s. In the evening, but the whole thing goes down well because I had maybe only 1-3 MB / s.
It was never on my Internet because I have always stable 190-200k, at least on the PC.
With Lan cable on the PS4?
Yes, I generally only use Lan cable if it is possible.

Yes, but also not stable, that has always been between 40-70k depending on the test.
The Sony servers are not really good and even in the evening so from 18 o'clock it gets worse. That was one of the reasons why I changed completely to the PC again (except for Exclusive PS4 title).
For such bad servers, I do not pay a monthly fee. Larger downloads at these times were a pain when you're used to 25 MB / s (200k).
