Internet connection on console is constantly deteriorating?

I have an xbox one s and when i do an internet test i get almost 800 mbit / s in the download and 50 mbit / s in the upload (is connected to the router via cable) when i download games, the games only load at 25 mbits then with 50 then for 10 seconds to 124 and then back down to 30… I bought a cable that packs 1000 mbits (I have a 1000 mbits contract) why don't the games download with 800 mbits but only with those above were called? It's just annoying to wait so long for the games even though I made a contract for 1000 mbits to download only with 30 mbits…

I have already exchanged cables and with a playstation 4 it was also tried but works the same way.

Regardless of this, the server you download something from has a limit… You can have 2000 gigabits, if PSN only releases 30, you load at 30.

The internet speed is given in Mbit / s, downloads usually in MB / s (megabytes per second).
