PlayStation 4 trophies are not counted?

I have won 2 trophies. Even several times, but I just don't get the trophy.

Since it was recognized but not saved, it is impossible for me to get these achievements. I think so.

Can I do something there?

The trophies are otherwise

Minecraft:

- Kill a wither

-Find a shipwreck

Since my goal is to get all the trophies in minecraft and I'm already at 80%, it is very stressful that something like this has to be done now.

I hope you can really do something there. Maybe someone has experience or a clue.

Restart PS4 once.
