I got a playstation 4 from my brother and before I buy ps plus for 1 month I wanted to make this 14-day trial version the problem I have no credit card and no PayPal account so I created a PayPal account for my old ID confirmed but it always says that the email or password on the PayPal account is not correct although everything is correct I then looked in various forums and there it stood then you have to have at least that much on the account as security for Sony but it really has to so be because I created the Paypal account first and would not like to deposit anything that does not work if I use PSN cards to top up my PSN account and then buy ps plus because the money would be on my PSN account I only created Paypal because you had to enter a payment method you don't want to use it
So you can only use the trial version if you provide your bank details and then the remaining subscriptions i.e. 3 months, 1 year and so you can also pay with psn credit
As long as you do not provide and verify bank details or credit cards with PayPal, you can't logically use them.
