Twitch subscription without payment?

On Monday I received a subscription to the streamer worth 5 Euro from Twitch, who donated a lot of money to the streamer and gave 9 other people or such a subscription, so for a month.

This subscription I have "activated" immediately, so I could just use the benefits etc. So by the time I had the subscription already.

Now, however, I've pressed for subscription to prolong subscription and selected Paysafe. And then I pressed on extend. (Without entering a code or something)

Then I got an email from Twitch saying that I had extended the subscription.

And in the stream, the streamer has thanked for the resub for a month.

This is at "give a subscription". Does that mean that on 28.2 I have to pay the 5 euro myself with Paysafe and get an email, or did I somehow make a 2 month subscription out of a 1 month subscription?

You have to pay for that, yes
