Yes, it is not beneficial for the PS5 if it vibrates with it all the time. But it won't destroy them immediately either. If possible, put it somewhere else.

I wouldn't put it that way! Over time, the vibrations of the subwoofer loosen individual components of these devices or lead to loose contacts and the like. You can actually place the subwoofer anywhere in the room, on the floor, because the human ear hardly perceives the low tones locally.
