Internet Internet Won't Crash?

I was in a situation recently that I needed internet in the attic for my Playstation. I always had a perfect connection with many amplifiers. But the last time out of nowhere I had no more internet. I only thought the internet would have crashed but when I went down the stairs I noticed that the internet was down there. So that means the internet has suddenly become extremely weak. And no longer reaches up to me.

Unfortunately, we're only fooled by our internet provider. This tells us that with our 16 thousand line everything arrives. And our router would be broken. Which is definitely not true but that should be left open (gelsennet)

So what do you think, why is it that the internet suddenly just becomes very weak but does not crash completely? Is this a defect in the router or is it entirely the fault of the provider?

I guess the fault lies with the one who put you on the funnel of having to work with many amplifiers. In my opinion, it worked at all. Almost a miracle.
