Ps4 games crash?

So where do I start,

I've had a Ps4 slim for a long time and until half a year ago everything was ok but now my Ps4 is having such problems that are so bad.

1. Games crash and it is then you should delete the game and download again because the applications are damaged. I did nothing. The problem is most with Apex, the forest and gta5 what should I do there? So at Apex, there are the following information:

Date: 05.03.2019

Error message: CE-34224-5

Application: CUSA12552

NAT Type: Type 2

Systemsofware: 6.20

Message: The application can't be used anymore. The data for the following application is damaged. Delete the application from Ps4 and then download it again from the library on the Home screen.

This is not always but very often.

2. My controllers spin and sometimes go short but are still on so you can push the stick up and release it but keep it going for a few seconds and in the few seconds you have zero access to the controller and that with somebody controllers also new and skufs.

Have synonymous often problems with SonyPS4.

Therefore always prefer to put on Xbox.

Your console could not get enough air and therefore full. Overheat.

Are the games on an external hard drive?

Yes I have a hard drive but not installed and also my cheap but a good one
