About a month ago I switched to Vodafone Red & Cable 50 from a fabulous 6K tariff (I unfortunately don't remember the name) from Telekom, which was always reliable but was very bad in terms of download speed.
I mainly need the better line for gaming, before I played with DLAN over 2 MSI megaPower 85+ plugs.
Now I have the following problem with the new line: I usually get 35-45mbit / s via WLAN on the PS4, but the line is often down, which is shown by delays in the online game or by disconnection.
In turn, I get a maximum of 5mbit / s from the socket via DLAN.
Now I thought that maybe this was because I'm not using the DLAN Powerline Plugs from Vodafone. Could that be the reason?
If not, what can I do? A direct LAN connection via the router is not possible due to the location of the router.
DLAN is not the yellow of the egg. There are no incredible benefits to be expected, especially not if the network is older.
This has nothing to do with Vodafone, the responsibility of Vodafone ends with the router…
Other dlan adapters would probably be of no use. If they also have a simple repeater function, you could transmit the Wi-Fi to you more stably, without having to go through the power cable
