Ps plus without payment option?

I got 10 euro for my ps4 to get ps plus, only the problem is that I have to specify a payment option and I don't have a PayPal etc. Account and my father doesn't like to log on to ps4, I can somehow get it anyway or if I do So I don't buy a ps plus card credit but a ps plus card, I still have to specify a payment option or not
