PSN credit bought via amazon but no code received?

I just bought 2x 25 euro credit from amazon PSN, but then I received an email that said: Due to a problem with the payment method you provided, we could not debit your account for your order.

I have now tried to contact customer service, but they can only be reached from 6 a.m.

The email also said the following: We canceled your order because neither direct debit nor payment by invoice can be used as a method of payment.

If you are still interested in these items, please order them again and use a credit card as payment method. If you place the order again with a payment method other than credit card, e.g. B. By direct debit or payment by invoice, this order will also be canceled.

I had the problem recently and the lady from customer service said to me that she now has to clarify it very quickly so that it can be canceled.

What should I do now? I can't reach the service department either, and maybe it would be too late at 6 a.m. I actually want to have the PSN credit or the codes for it, but I didn't get them. Will amazon still withdraw money from my account?

Your account has not been debited, i.e. You have not paid so of course you will not get a code

Yes, I thought that too and thought about whether I should get new codes with 20 euro because with 20 it works. Namely, I got 20 euro once and 25 euro twice. I have now considered getting 2 more 20 euro codes and one for 10 but I prefer to call and have it canceled before I get the other codes, or what do you think
