NFS 2015 data transfer (PS4)?

I'm switching from PS4 Slim to PS4 Pro and would like to transfer my data from Need for Speed 2015. Is this possible and if so, how does it work?

Theoretically one could have a complete data backup done on ps4. I do not remember where to look in the settings, but it is possible. USB Fat 32 formatted and you can go backup

But NFS 2015 is a pure MP racing game. Would not that have to be stored in the clouds? ^^
