Why don't my PSN credit codes come from Amazon?

I just bought PSN credit worth 70 euro at Amazon but I just can't get the codes. In the "My Games & Software Library" I get the message that my orders are probably still being processed, which I find strange since I have often ordered PSN credit via Amazon and it has always arrived directly. I can no longer cancel.

Could this have something to do with the fact that I still had debts at Amazon that have paid off today?

Amazon has good support that will tell you why.

But I guess it's because of the open bill. Even if you paid today, it has not yet been paid to those in the system, it will continue until tomorrow or maybe even Monday.
