Microphone doesn't work. What can I do?

My new microphone, a Tonor TC-777, is unfortunately no longer recognized by my PC. After a stream and a little gaming on the Playstation with the microphone, the device could no longer be connected to my PC (not even to others) because it was not even recognized. It can also no longer be used on the PS4. Does anyone have an idea how to fix the problem or should I send it back directly.

If you can I would send it back directly. Maybe try another cable beforehand but otherwise try it back.
