Ps4 controller does not connect to the ps4 nor to the cable?

I have connected my ps4 controller to my cell phone and since then I can no longer connect my ps4 controller to my ps4, with the cable it doesn't work either. I also switched the ps4 off and on again. I also replaced the cables and the controller I've already reset everything does not work…

Reconnect the controller to the playsi and turn it on. If it doesn't work, try again. Wait a bit and try again and again you can't actually do it. That has to work at some point
