Why does my XBOX One controller have problems with a PC with Bluetooth?

I bought an XBOX One controller for gaming on a PC a few weeks ago and would like to play wireless. A cable connection works flawlessly and creates no problems.

I have a small Bluetooth stick on my PC and have been able to use the controller a few times. But now I have the problem that it is no longer so easy to establish the connection (once the controller was off). It is a tedious task to go into the Bluetooth settings and connect the controller every time because this does not work properly. The controller does not connect automatically or not always when I'm in the Bluetooth settings.

Which is exactly my problem: When trying to pair the controller, the controller is recognized, but it takes several tries (up to 15) to connect. I always have to go into the Bluetooth settings, select the controller, wait, remove the device (because it still connects to the controller but the controller is not working) and repeat.

I thank you for any help!

I guess that the adapter is just not that good and produces little range and unstable connection (it also had the same high latency)

or I recommend you play with cables either way because it has better latency and is more pleasant in my opinion (recharge)
