I recently bought the new Philips "The One" 50PUS7304 / 12 LED TV. All in all a very great TV, especially the Ambilight feature makes it so special. But my problem is that the TV always turns on by itself. Sometimes when I walk in, sometimes after my alarm goes off at 6 a.m. (the TV is in front of my bed), sometimes when I turn it off and then it just turns on again. I didn't sit on the remote or anything. And whenever it turns on, "Google Movies" opens and shows some movie trailers, even though I never use this app voluntarily. I've already looked into the setting but I don't know my way around well enough and I'm afraid that I'm setting something wrong. My Ps4 also sometimes starts when I turn on the TV even though I don't want it to.

My Phillips had the quirk too and the menu was super slow, but 1 update then worked.
The one with the PS4 runs via the CEC HDMI control, which can be deactivated via EasyLink.
