I have a problem activating my account. I asked all of my friends if any of them have my acc on their console primarily. But they all said no. Then I went to my Playstation Network page and wanted to go to "Deactivate all devices".
When I tried this several times, the only thing that was stated was that I could only use this function every six months. Since I have never used this function, I now wonder why it doesn't work.
I would be very grateful if someone could help me with my problem or write me the Playstation support number. I didn't find this one either.
Playstation support can't help you there, only you can, as you said on this site, throw out all devices every 6 months, now you can only wait or find the one who activated it.
But there's nobody who knows my password and it is not exactly easy to find out
Maybe one of your friends just doesn't want to turn it off
