I would rather buy the devolo 1200+ instead of a lankabel and wanted to know whether they are good

if 250 mbit come from my router and i have a devolo how much come from the 2nd in pc or ps4? Do you know that approx

Nobody knows how much arrives on the PC or on the PS4, from where.
Powerline is functionally the same as WLAN only with longer antennas.

That can work really well (like in the manufacturer's laboratory) or it can make you tear your hair (like most of the questioners here at Girlfriend).
