Dlan connected to PC and Ps4 (problems)?

I have a Devolo Duo 550 Repeater I have connected to my Telekom Speedport as well with my Ps4 and Pc. Now I have the following problem, it all depends on the Devolo, but I have eg in the game Fifa Online delay (delay) at input, Can it be that it sigt that my PC is synonymous with it or why?
