Life is Strange 2 doesn't start Ps4?

So I bought Life is Strange 2 for the Ps4. But with the installation of the disc it remains: Game is prepared at 99%. The Awesome Adventure of Captain Spirit did it without any problems. I had the same problem with Life is strange before the Storm, but somehow it worked. Does somebody has any idea?

Do all of your games work or just Awesome Adventure of Captain Spirit?

It all works it's the second time I have this problem. First at Life is Strange Before the Storm a year ago and now at Life is Strange 2. I also had no problems with Life is Strange.
