I bought Life is Strange before the Storm on the Ps4 Digital, but can only play Episode 1 even though the game tells me that I bought the Life is Strange Season Pass with all episodes.
The episodes are downloaded one at a time, have you installed them all?
You should be able to download the other episodes on the shop page under Addons.

Check out active downloads.
If there's nothing, go to your game library and look for expansions.
If you haven't found what you are looking for by then, look for Life is Strange Episode 2 in the playstore and try to download it.
