Why my GTA 5 is not installed?

I bought GTA 5 on PlayStation (without CD) and wanted to ask why it is not installed. It hangs at 17% all the time. Can someone help me?

"All the time" is now closer to 5 minutes or 5 hours?

I've redesigned several times, but didn't need anything.

It was the same for me, just restart the game or reinstall it, it worked for me too.
