No Mates for R6?

I have a problem. 90% of my friends are playing on Ps4. From 5-6 who play on the PC play 4 LOL which I find extremely boring and the rest only CS where I'm bad. But my strength lies in rainbow. I have already looked at mach mates on the internet but there you will find either only high plat clans or plebs that you will never see again after 3 hours of gaming. How should I find a decent team?
