Attack on Titan watch?

Is there an app where you can watch all episodes and new episodes immediately from Aot? Doesn't matter whether with or without a subscription. It would be best if it worked on the Ps4 with subtitles. Looked at Crunchyroll but it's not there.

Anime on Demand has the first 3 seasons, I don't know whether the browser on the ps4 supports it and there's also Wakanim, which offers the 4th season. I mean it is also available as an app for ps4

Crunchyroll only has a US license.
