(I play GTA 5 Online on Ps4.)
Unfortunately I didn't manage to win the Deluxo, which is why I have to buy it for better or worse. Can anyone tell me what mission I need to complete to get the discounted price ($ 3,000,000)? Also where you can be found and a few tips. It would also be interesting if the Deluxo can be tuned normally at Los Santos Customs, i.e. Change color etc.

Tuning but do not put rockets on it
The discounted price mission is the 2nd preparatory mission of the 1st Doomsday Heist in the base.
The mission is actually very simple and easy to do with a teammate. There are no "pro tips".
You can only tune your weapons afterwards in the Mobile Command Center or in Avenger for around 300k dollars.
