Invitations to parties, etc. Not showing up on my PS4?

When someone invites me to a party, no notification comes from my PS4. A notification like this should actually also come when someone in the game invites me to a group. I compared my settings with a friend and we both have everything the same, the notifications are all activated, but I never see it. What could be the reason for this?

After a software update you can't invite anyone anymore, you can only add them to the party / group and you only get 1 message so you have to accept the first and only message / invitation or join * manually *
