GTAV on PS4 between two accounts play?

If I have gtav on my second account on the ps4, can I play it on the main account without having to log in to the second account?

Yes you can. All you have to do is set the account you used to buy the game as the primary ps4 and then log out afterwards. The lock should then disappear and be accessible to all other accounts logged on to your ps4. If you bought the game as a disc, you do not have to do all that and just insert the disc. But I see that you have bought the game over the store and then that applies with the settings.
