You should not shut down too many devices into a power outlet but since these are only 2 this should not be a problem. Sockets are protected in Germany at 8 amps, when a socket needs more, the fuse will fly.
8A fuses for domestic installation do not exist in Germany.
"not stuck in a row" = You may not connect to the first power strip any more.
