Can the PS4 and a TV broken if you connect them to a power strip that is a bit older or a short circuit or fuse rausfliegen?
No, a short circuit does not arise - at most, the fuse flies out, but this is unlikely in 2 devices.

Short circuit I never had power outages we had in the whole block but it was rare if they were working on the lines
I have too. It is indeed on the power strip, for how many watts is allowed (often 3500). Just check it out, but it's guaranteed to be enough.
