Activated a two-stage verification for my PSN account 3 or 4 years ago. Have never needed it, because all devices were always logged. But now all are logged out. The problem is that I have not had a mobile phone number for years and I do not have the contract anymore. I can't get the one-time security codes, because you have to be logged in. To change anything in the verification, I have to be logged in, which is impossible. Now over 100 games are blocked with me and I can't use the console like that. On the side of Sony I'm only given the opportunity to call the support. Is there no way to do this through a support e-mail or live chat? Do not give me anything to call the support if I have no landline or mobile number and is still silent.
Are there any solutions?
