What can I do if the avatar on the ps4 has disappeared?

I had been on vacation and when I turned on the ps4 again my AVATAR was gone, but it was still there from my husband. I have the avatar of DETROIT BECOME HUMAN. Could it be because I haven't played the Avatar for two weeks now that it was taken out? Or should I contact the Playstation Help Center?
