Moin, yesterday my Astro A40 TR arrived for PS4 and may already broken: / I unpacked today and wanted to connect it to the PC because I gamble for PC to the CSGO and PS4 for future COD part brought. Connected and of course wanted to test first with music and video's, but the sound is only from the right listener: / I have Astro Command Center loaded and there he finds the device not at all. The A40 I ordered without MixAmp, so only with the PC splitter connected (1x blade for sound 1xKlinke for microphone). In forums, I could not find anything to do except a few advice on the sound settings to look for the balance. Can someone help me or do you think I have to send it back?
On other devices, I tested it and unfortunately synonymous the same problem
