Videochat from Smartphone to Smart TV?

Is there a way to transfer the video chat from the smartphone to the Smart TV? So I mean that I start a video chat with my phone via WhatsApp and I can see the other person on my TV. Can't you somehow connect that? For example, start video chat via smartphone then connect to PS4 and then play the video on the TV

Yes, so I use the "Smart Things" app that allows me to connect my phone to the Smart TV via Bluetooth and then flip the screen from my phone to the TV. You can then even do other things on your smartphone in addition to the transfer. The only downside is that the transmission is sometimes a bit jerky.
