PS4 showing as offline?

There's an x on my profile and it is shown as offline and nothing happens when I change it to online.

Restart, unplug or restore licenses, everything I read on the Internet did not help.

Can somebody help?

Was with me at some point. First wait, switch the visibility off / on again and again, for me it went back to normal after a while.
