XBOX 2000 game?

I have a question and I really need an answer.

In my childhood I had a game on the XBOX where you played 'alien'. Once a very fast walking and once 'swimmer' land very slowly. I think the goal of the game was to flee with each other in front of a faction or rescue a player. When you died, adult-style scenes were shown showing how to kill the swimmer's creatures.

The game also starts showing how the swimmers are collected with a huge net, just like in 'normal' mass fishing

I urgently need help because I really would like to have this game again…
