I can no longer play online games and my PS4 messages have stopped loading. Everything else as well as Netflix, Spotify and YouTube load perfectly. I can even surf the internet. I'm also shown as offline and can't go online. Every time I try to put myself online it always loads for 2 minutes and then it stays offline 🤷🏻♂️ Please I need your help. Have already contacted Playstation but will not get the answer until Thursday at the latest. I don't want to wait that long 😬.
Perhaps it helps to see whether the latest software version is / has been installed, otherwise you can do this to fix the problem.
