PlayStation Network logs out and can't log me in?

I just got signed off from PlayStation Network in the middle of gambling and then I wanted to sign up again. I was told that my password for PlayStation Network is wrong. Then I forgot my password (then it says that you will get an e-mail so that you can reset the password), but I did not receive this email and on PlayStation itself I got a message saying that I had an e-mail. Mail should be sent to me (to my login email address from PlayStation itself), this email is exactly the same with which I have also unsubscribed on PlayStation Network (or another tried both but at the same as on PlayStation Network I have did not get any e-mail and the other but one but I think that is in another account signed by me!) Anyone ever had the similar problem and can help me and maybe I was hacked, that someone my registration address and Pw has changed?

Well sounds strange, in your place I would have called or contacted the Sony support.

There's a software update check if you have already downloaded it that is version 7.00
