XBOX controller logs off and remains player 2?

I have a question about my XBOX 360 controller, which I use on my PC.

Namely he has a loose connection, but that's not the point. The problem occurs in the game GTA V. If the controller loses the connection for a fraction of a second and then logs back in then it will always be Player 2 and I will have to close the game to get it back to Player 1. When I go to the desktop and pull out the cable and put it back in, it logs in as player 3.
